General Simulator Information

Everything you need to know before booking your studio session.

Studio Rules
  • Max 4 Golfers: Maximum of 4 golfers allowed per rental bay.
  • Flat Hourly Rates: Rentals are charged by the hour, not per person. (e.g., $65/hr applies whether 1, 2, 3, or 4 golfers play).
  • Footwear Policy: Clean, indoor golf shoes or clean athletic shoes only.
💡 Pacing Tip: Allow ~1 hour per person to finish 18 holes (1 Golfer = 1 Hr, 2 Golfers = 2 Hrs, etc.).
Booking Hours
  • 100% Online: All studio sessions are booked directly via our website portal.
  • Flexible Durations: Reserve 1, 2, 3, or 4 hour blocks (subject to live schedule availability).
  • Hourly Bookings: Payment is due immediately at checkout when reserving non-package hourly times.

Payment & Credits
  • Payment Methods: Packages are payable via Credit Card online, Cash, or E-Transfer. Hourly sessions require online credit card payment.
  • Legacy Packages: Hours booked automatically deduct from your existing pass balance.
  • Member Rate: Extra hours past monthly allotments are billed at the member-exclusive rate of $35/hr across all studios.
Terms & Policy Information
  • • Taxes: All listed pricing includes applicable taxes.
  • • Expirations & Renewals: Lesson packages, simulator packages, and memberships expire one (1) year from the date of purchase. Memberships are set to auto-renew.
  • • Refund Policy: All lessons, lesson packages, simulator rentals, simulator packages, and memberships are non-refundable. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed appointments or no-shows.
  • • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson or simulator session. Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the session credit.
  • • Nontransferable & Non-shareable: Lessons and lesson packages belong solely to the purchasing student and cannot be transferred or shared with other individuals.
  • • Instructor Specific: Lesson packages are assigned exclusively to the professional selected at purchase and cannot be shared across different instructors.
  • • Waiver & Terms: By purchasing or participating in any Drive Golf Academy service or using equipment, clients freely agree to and sign—in writing or electronically by proxy—the Drive Golf Academy Master Terms of Service/Liability Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
