  • ✦ First Session (75–90 Mins): Your initial session includes thorough video/data baseline profiling, biomechanical awareness work, and a clear mapping of your custom modular pathway.
  • ✦ Coaching to Breakthroughs: Standard sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, but we do not cut learning short just because a timer rings. If you’re on the cusp of a major breakthrough or deep in drill work, we take the extra time to lock it in.
  • ✦ Group Formations: Semi-Private and Group sessions are arranged by students who wish to train together (we do not assign random partners).
